Exploring Surah Yasin’s wisdom and the scientific power of grains in holistic self-care.

It was over 12 years ago, at a time when I felt disillusioned by the conflicting advice in the health and wellness world, that I asked Allah for guidance. My father, a second-generation homeopath with three different PhDs in various alternative healing fields, was my guide throughout my 20s and 30s. I was deeply immersed in vibrational healing, aromatherapy, and sacred geometry, which I was introduced to at a very young age—around 7 years old—long before Drunvalo Melchizedek, author of The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life, first encountered the Flower of Life. At the age of 9, I bought my first box of crystals, likely because vibrational healing resonated with water healing and Qur'anic recitations, themes that we see in Islam.

I had been exposed to various schools of thought, and I already had an intuitive understanding of natural healing and diet. My family didn’t turn to pharmaceuticals as much as possible, nor did we rely on vaccinations. But despite this rich exposure to alternative healing practices, I found myself seeking a unifying system for health. There was advice from dietitians, holistic practitioners, and even doctors, but nothing felt grounded in certainty or divine wisdom. Even the traditional practitioners following an Islamic paradigm didn’t present a clear, systematic approach, one that could be easily understood and duplicated.

In my search for clarity, I turned to the Qur'an, believing that the only way to gain the truth was to seek guidance directly from Allah. One day, I asked Allah, “I want Your way. Show me Your guidance.” I then began reflecting on the Qur'an, starting with Surah Yaseen, seeking wisdom in its verses. Soon, I was drawn toward the mention of grains in Surah Yaseen, and this verse became the cornerstone of my journey. The deeper I explored, the more I realized that grains were not just food—they were the building blocks of our entire body structure, fundamental to nourishment and healing.

This insight led me to create a 40-ingredient formula for hair care. I started by focusing on proteins derived from grains, eventually narrowing it down to the essential proteins as the first step in healing the hair. Initially, I had included flower essences, homeopathic mother tinctures, and other holistic remedies, but over time, I found that the key to healing hair began with protein from grains. After just 2-3 applications over the course of a week, I was amazed to see my hair stop falling. It felt as though the “soul” of my hair—the texture and vitality from my childhood, influenced by my father’s Indian heritage—was returning.

This transformative experience helped me understand hair healing on a deeper level. Though I was satisfied with the results, I admit that I became a bit lazy and stopped. However, the journey had taught me something profound: the connection between the structural foundation of the body—built from the food we eat, specifically grains—and the restoration of the natural state of our hair.

Eager to share this discovery, I turned to an online long hair forum to explain my findings. But instead of being met with curiosity, I faced skepticism, particularly due to my hijab. It became clear that the advice being shared in the forum was outdated—relying on basic home remedies like olive oil and eggs. While these have their place, they didn’t address the deeper, holistic approach I had uncovered. This made me realize that many others were still working with a narrow perspective on hair care.

I refined my formula further, focusing on creating a more comprehensive solution. Over the years, home remedies began appearing on YouTube, but many years after my formula was created. I realized that my unique approach, grounded in Qur'anic wisdom and the science of grains, proteins, and holistic herbs, had the potential to heal hair in a way that few understood.

At the heart of my discovery is the understanding that we are what we eat. The structure of our body—our hair, skin, and overall health—is built on the ingredients we consume. Grains, in particular, played a pivotal role in restoring my hair. By aligning the wisdom of the Qur'an with scientific principles, I found a way to heal hair from the inside out. This isn’t just about external treatments; it’s about nourishing the body’s structural foundation, starting with protein from grains and building up from there.

In essence, my journey wasn’t only about healing hair—it was about discovering a path that connects ancient wisdom with modern science. The healing of the body, soul, and even the hair begins with the food we consume and the divine wisdom embedded in the Qur'an.
